Conclusion

The portrayal of religion throughout Grey’s is a controversial topic as it is conflicted with science (medicine) and respecting religious wishes. It does appear frequently through the show, more so subtle than others but does give viewers all different types of ways to be seen. Whether it is within a character and their religious views, a patients rights or the science of the medicine itself, religion can and is shown in all different aspects.
